Uninstall failure

I'm trying to uninstall AVG FREE but nothing seems to work in getting this thing off my PC. I've tried AVG Remover, AVRemover, and the standard Windows 10 app removal in settings but nothing seems to work in removing it. Are there any other methods here I'm not thinking of that would work in removing all traces of AVG short of factory resetting my PC?

I tried running the AVG Clear tool but it wont even start up. I click the icon and nothing happens even when running as administrator.

Curtis, we appreciate your efforts in removing AVG files manually.
Yes, we can follow these steps, but it always recommended to use the concern tools.

I already tried that and it didnt work either but I did find a solution and to anyone else having this problem, here is what I did:

(I only recommend doing this if you've tried the above tools and still doesnt work)

-Restart in safe mode
-Manually remove AVG files in the following locations:
— C:\Program Files(x86)\AVG
— C:\Programdata\AVG
— C:\Users\Username\Appdata\local\AVG
-Restart (AVG will still show up as a program to uninstall)
-Open Explorer and do a search for "AVG" 
-Delete remaining AVG folders (anything in the "System32" folder, leave alone)
-One more restart and all traces of AVG were gone.
