Uninstall on mac

Thank you for contacting us here. The menu bar means, when AVG window is active on your screen, you will see the menu bar at the top of your screen. The possible options you see on the menu bar is AVG Anti Virus, Edit , Window etc.,

I'm trying to uninstall my version to reinstall again.  The support page second step tells me to click the menu bar.  When I run mine there is no menu bar.  What am i doing wrong?
