Uninstall TuneUp for Mac via Apple Menu Bar results in "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." Trying again yields same message.
I cannot uninstall this program.
I followed the steps and got the same results! It will not uninstall. I try again… with the same results.
I am uninstalling because I have cancelled the Premium Trial and need to get back to the Multi-Device download which I own. (If I understand correctly, the Premium Trial overwrote the Multi-Device which had been purchased and I already owed.) I accidentally purchased both Premium and the Multi-Device license. ( I assume there is a difference between the two because the Premium cost me twice as much and was only good for one computer.)
In any case, I do not like programs that fail to uninstall!!
