In this regard, we recommend using the AVG Uninstall Tool to completely remove AVG Internet Security from your PC if uninstallation via the Start menu did not work or you see the setup is already running message. The AVG Uninstall Tool deletes all AVG Internet Security files from your PC while Windows runs in Safe Mode.

I purchased an AVG subscription and unable to download because I need to unistall the old version. I unistalled and continue to download again, I see the same message to unistall old version. I cannot locate AVG download on my computer.
