Uninstalling AVG. Even used AVG Remover. Still have services and AVG Web Tuneup on the PC

We can help you with this.
Did you click on "Run Anyway" when you run "AVG remover tool"?
Run AVG clear tool as mentioned in this https://goo.gl/JDK1db article which will help you to remove the latest version of AVG.
To remove AVG web tuneup, get into C:\ drive–>Program Files–>Program Data folders.
Proceed to delete AVG folders and check in control panel "uninstall program" window.
If it shows AVG web tuneup, click on it and select "Yes" to remove it from the entry.

So I'm trying to uninstall AVG (Windows 10). I've done this from Add Remove programs, and twice using the AVG Remover tool.

I have at least two AVG services still installed:-
* AVG Service
* AVG Watchdog

And if I run Removed it finds:-
* AVG Web Tuneup
…on every attempt. ie: It doesn't remove it?

In add remove programs I still have:-
* AVG Protection (v2016.141.7998)
…which on trying to uninstall I get an "Unexpecter error" - Error code: 0xe001f90f

I simply want all of AVG off my PC.

Yes, please proceed to delete AVG web tuneup folder manually.
AVG Clear is the tool introduced recently when we released the latest version.
It will identify only the latest version and remove it whereas AVG remover tool will identify only the old version.
