I'm having issues with my PC Tune-up. I had purchased the multi device PC Tune-Up after running a trial. Now my main PC keeps taking me to the screen requesting I purchase the product. No matter what I do, it just shuts the software down or takes me to the purchase page, even though I already purchased it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but when I run set-up, it tells me that it is conflicting with a product already installed on my computer. Help!

We'll certainly help you with installing the new version of AVG TuneUp.
I request you to uninstall AVG PC TuneUp from control panel and delete AVG PC TuneUp files from C drive.Then try installing the program again and check if the installation is completed.
If you're experiencing the same, please share us the screenshot of the error message to check further.
