Uninstalling software

I am trying to CANCEL my AVG Internet Security system.   It was advertised as "AVG Antivirus free" on May 4, 2020, and the ad said I would have 60 days FREE, then on July 1, 2020, I would be charged for a year's subscription.   I DO NOT WANT A YEAR'S SUBSCRIPTION.   Also I was told I would get a seven day reminder to cancel anytime before 7/1.   I didn't get the reminder.   I would appreciate an answer from the AVG company and a cancellation of the service.

The two AVG programs I need to uninstall are:
AVG Antivirus Free.Ink
AVG Secure Browser.Ink

Unable to uninstall AVG software, even if logged in as the administrator of the account.  Information screen says I must have administrator access but I am logged in as the administer.  
How to uninstall???
