We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please run the AVG remover tools to remove the AVG from your PC. Here is the link to download the tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe (NOTE: Click "NO" when the tool prompts for restart in Safe mode and select AVG Zen before running the tool).
If the tool doesn't work or after running the tool, download a different tool from the link: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to remove AVG from your PC.

I cannot uninstall AVG or the AVG Protection. Can anyone advise me?
