Firstly, I would like to confirm that automatic renewal is cancelled for duplicate subscriptions of AVG Driver Updater and AVG AntiTrack.
I assure there won't be duplicate charges on your account in future. Cancelling the automatic renewal does not degrade the protection level on your device.
Regarding the alert about duplicate purchases, many users have multiple devices to cover and they may need to buy more than one license for same product.
If you would like, we can merge the duplicate subscriptions as one AVG AntiTrack and AVG Driver Updater licenses. This will extend the validity of the final subscriptions.

With respect, I just noticed and believed that I had inadvertantly managed to repeat-ordering 2 of your products over a period of time, AntiTrack and Driver Updater, and, simply to correct my error, discontinued 2 of the replicated programmes.
If I have got it wrong, please advise me as quickly as it took you to acknowledge my unsubscriptions, as I don't wish to weaken my laptop protection. Don't you ever alert doddery old clients when they make obvious mistakes, even ones which are of commercial advantage to you?
Like me, my laptop is at the end of life, and I would like AVG with me when I buy a replacement, but I would like to be assured that commercial pressure would never put customer care in question.
Please respond positively, as I wish to continue working with your support as long as I can.

Many thanks for your very prompt response, and for the sensible comments you have made. I did think the duplications were to do with multi unit ownership, but in my case, I have obviously slipped up somewhere.
I consider your suggestion an agreeable solution going forward, and accept the plan to roll up unsubscribed programs to extend those two licence periods. Will you be in a position to revise the records accordingly, or advise any steps I require to take?
My laptop is an Acer Aspire, and is still running Windows 7. I heeded Microsoft advice against upgrading this laptop to Windows 10, and so I am in the market for an updated version of the Acer, or other comparable make. Any further wise words from you re my search would be much appreciated.
