Unjustified invoice

After I pointed out that I no longer used your products, you sent an email on the 29th May apologising for your charge and telling me to expect refund which duly arrived.
    I am therefore bewildered by you invoice of the 30th July. I can only repeat that I no longer use your products and ask for an immediate refund.

We acknowledged your refund request.
You had/have AVG TuneUp and AVG Internet Security under your account.
The subscription cancelled on May is AVG TuneUp, the current charge was for the other subscription.
As requested, I have initiated the refund for AVG Internet Security.
The refund will be returned to the payment method used to make your purchase within 5 business days.

I note from my Amex statement that you are in the process of taking £39.99 from my account which I have not authorised? I do not use any of your products and cannot find any trace on my computer. Furthermore, I attempted to login using forgotten password but was informed the email address was not recognised. I had to open an account to try and contact you? Amex will not allow me to dispute the payment until it is cleared and I will raise a dispute in a couple of days!
