Thank you for contacting us. I see that your AVG PC TuneUp license has got auto renewed on 30th April 2017. When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as “Continuing Protection Service”), it will continue until it is canceled. You will be billed again 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. You will receive a notification email about the upcoming automatic extension 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. The automatic extension can be disabled up to 16 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund or offer a prorated refund.

According to our refund policy, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of the date your payment was processed. Unfortunately, in your case this timeframe has been surpassed.

I understand how difficult this is for you. It seems that you have not properly optimized your computer using AVG PC TuneUp. I have cancelled the automatic renewal for you. If you wish you can get connected with our AVG advanced support and they will optimize your computer.

I have been charged £43.99 on my credit card on 30th April. I do not know what this is for. Could I have a refund.

Could you send me something that will enable me to use the PC Tune-up which I have paid for.   The software had been removed form my computer.

I've installed it and it hangs after a few moments - 8% optimised, 6 problems found and 2% tuned up. 
I guess it's because it's in conflict with my AV software which is not AVG!   I do not intend use AVG Anti-virus.  
Could you please confirm that my auto renew for the next renewal  of AVG PC Tune-up is fully CANCELLED.   I shall also change my credit card number to prevent this happening again.
