Unkown 'Sent Email'

Hi and thank you, I don't have any unkown addons that I can see and the email client is not passworded but I have recently changed all my on-line account passwords.

Today I noticed another email in the 'Sent Mail' box, as you can see, it is the same format as the previous ones:

£££Cõngratulatiõns£££ <dy8dale@gmail.com>
[dy8dale]:You are the chõsen one…
dy8dale@gmail.com

and in the body of the email:
Confirm
three pictures not loaded

Hello Dale. Sorry to hear that. I guess that the emails are sent on behalf of you but I am not sure with this. Have you uploaded any files to "Dropbox"?
