Stella, Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option.

After Ive found again my phone, I try to unlock the AVG Anti Theft.<br>What does it mean: "Please enter the unlock password"?<br>Ive tried hte password of my AVG account, it doesn`t work. The device shows me a message: "Wrong password. Please try again".
