Unlocking my locked phone due to changed sim

About 2 or 3 weeks ago, i changed my Smart Sim card to PLDT sim card. I asked Smart to unlock my phone and it showed that it is already unlocked by Smart. Still the AVG anti-theft continues to appear. I cannot enter on the said phone to google chrome as it is locked. Can you please help me?? Thank you!!
