Unquthorised Payment taken from bank account

My bank account shows an unauthorised payment to yourselves pending.  I have NOT received any notification from yourselves that this would be taken and had you done so I would have CANCELLED the payment. Also the payment has increased fro, £59.99 to £74.99, an increase of 25% without notice is unacceptable.  I have informed my bank and they are going to stop the payment and I REQUEST that you do not apply for this payment ever again.
Should the payment be taken I will be seeking legal advice and also take to the media fir underhand practices.
