Unrecognized charge

I received a message from my digital bank (Mercado Pago), informing me of a purchase worth R$159.00, made at DRI*AVG Tecnologies, at 0:11 am today (05/04/2024) on my virtual card (which I have already canceled at the same moment and generated another one due to the unrecognizable charge). The fact is that I did not make any purchases, nor did I have an account or even any connection with AVG, I created it shortly after the charge occurred to open a support request on your website appealing for my refund.
I request a refund of this charge!
