Unresolvable threats

Hello Giovanni,
Thank you for reaching AVG Community Support.
We regret the inconvenience you had with threat pop ups which reappears even after resolving them. We will certainly check into this and help you further.
Before proceeding, we would like to ensure if you have ran both scans that is if the computer and drive was scanned and cleared at the same time.
Also, could you please let us know if the drive is connected to any other device that was not scanned and cleared?
If so, please run the scan on that device too and check if the threat still appears.
Please help us with the screenshot of the threat detection found for further clarity:

So that we can verify and help you further in resolving the threat.
Thank you for understanding! Looking forward to your response!

I have a pentium iMac with a resently installed AVG Premium protection. I've scanned all my drives and deleted all the threats that it has found. However, in one of my external drives once I have resolved those threats they reappear again a week later when it does its weekly scheduled scan. They always appear to be in root of my backups. The threat name is … HTML:RedirBA-inf [Trj]. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
