Unsubscribe entire AVG service

Dear AVG support, 

I want to unsuscribe my entire AVG service, 
I was asked to avg customer service last month,the answered is my account is not renewable automaticly and theres no billing will be charged in my credit card account. 

But this Month, i received the payment bill in my credit card. 

I want to request refund and unsuscribed the service.
How can I reach solve this problem?
