Unsubscribe

So many times and so many customers complained in the last on troubles to unsubscribe or cancel their antivirus subscriptions, but still nothing changed and my troubles with the above challenge may be an additionnal evidence. I am hearing impaired AVG customer, have difficulties to talk on phones, but no written or chat options are offered by AVG currently, on purpose. How can I stop AVG subscription from sucking up all my didsposable cash?? According to EU new ”Digital Services Act”, ”antivirus companies are not allowed… to otherwise make it difficult for consumers to unsubscribe”. How can I reach out to AVG Sales Support in written for cancel? Former recommendations of using AVG accounts on Twitter or Facebook are not applicable for me because I am not user of those social networks.

contact your card or payment provider and notify them that you did not and do not wish to purchase these products and thus this is an unauthorised transaction. Take screenshots where possible. AVG are well aware of these issues and have been so for an extended period of time.

The best way to get a hold of them is either Facebook messenger or X. They’re usually quick to respond there, any other method is futile
