On 6 March 2019 received letter from you confirming changes in my Account request number 08091686 telling me that my subscription would carry through to 10 February 2022.
Current Email tells me that is due for renewal in 30 days???
I used AVG for many yeas until my computer completely brole down in 2019 and I have not used Avg at all in my new computer purchased August 2019.
So please cross my account from your records as I do not want any renewal ever because I am now not using AVG Security I am not particularly requesting aa refund but do not want to renew and cannot find any place on the email for me to cancel renewal.
