Unwanted payment taken from my account

We're glad to clarify this for you.
Upon checking your account, we see that AVG Internet Security has been renewed, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal during the time of purchase.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry (which has been sent to you on 4/21/19). Hence, this is not an unauthorized charge.
Also, we see that the automatic renewal has been disabled after the renewal has happened (on 6/1/19).
Please let us know how you'd like to proceed with this charge.

I have had £59.99 taken out of my account from these people for something i did not even order, all these people are after is our money, i have unsubscribed to try to stop this, my Bank are aware of this matter and are onto the fraud people, i have read many messages on hear from people with the same problem, this has got to get sorted.
