Kim, For removal info have you 'googled' remove Cassiopesa?.. 
No AV product is capable of providing you with 100% protection although AVG are always working 24/7.

AVG would recommend to start with uninstalling all unknown/unused programs and browser addons.

Yesterday I had something called Cassiopesa attach itself to my web browsers, I think it is supposed to be a search engine but I don't trust it and I sure don't want it. How do I go about getting rid of it. Any help greatly appreciated.
