Thank you for your email advising me that my subscription has been renewed. This is despite my advising you that I did not want it to be renewed.
I already have adequate protection for my laptop which requires renewal in twelve months' time. If you contact me then, I may well change to AVG. Meantime please arrange for the £64.99 fee to be returned to my credit account.
