Hello Paul,

I can understand your concern. Please follow the below steps to activate the AVG Internet Security in your computer.


Please open the AVG Zen interface and at the top right corner, you can either see your email address or connect option, please click on your email address and select "Leave the Network" and sign in back to your AVG MyAccount. Or if you see "Connect" option, please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount. After you sign in to your account, please check if the AVG Internet Security will get activated.

Hi All,
I have recently upgraded from free AVG to pay by the month F AVG, it still asks for me to upgrade to the paid version.
Do I need to remove the program & re-install?
