Up to now, I cannot install my new "AVG/TuneUp15" on my PC; information: Setup-Fehler, Leider wurde die Installation aufgrund eines unerwarteten Fehlers gestoppt. Seit 4 Wochen ist auch ein update für TuneUp14 nicht mehr möglich!

You've actually posted your query in the wrong area! It should have been located here (https://support.avg.com/answers?feedtype=RECENT&dc=AVG_Performance_PC_Tuneup&criteria=ALLQUESTIONS&). Re AVG Community Support expert assistance from Brno, Czech Rep… They will attend to your posting @ their earliest convenience but please bear in mind that it's now the weekend i.e. Workdays [Mon-Fri] 9:00am - 5:00pm CET.
