"Since the update yesterday, my gmail accounts will  no longer send or receive mail from Outlook.  Accounts work fine on iPhone and iPad.  Redirect ports are all valid.  Please advise how to fix or get around ASAP."

i was able to use existing gmails after the fix offered by Bhuvaneswari Vairavan, BUT I can't ADD any new gmail accounts to ANY email carrier program, MS Outlook, Thunderbird etc all return the same answer that the server cannot be verified…

Then check whether you are able to send/receive the email from outlook after disabling the AVG Program.
