Thank you for a swift answer, I'm having my network administrator try it.
I installed an AVG update on 7-9-15. My program ACT does not open after update installation. If I disable AVG the program opens fine, even after I enable AVG once the program is open. The program works until I restart my computer. I have a new computer running Win7.
