This is to inform you that my AVG Antivirus has not been working properly since last few week.
When I try to update it does not happen and it shows update failed could not be connected to AVG Server
My license No. IM9SQ-QERKT-7VPU6-A7KEO-ASBJU-XYXDS valid till July 20, 2017.
My Case #00999003 also failed to rectify remotely with your technicians Arun & Pradeep.
If you cannot refund the amount give me a new license which should be given valid till July 20, 2017 as this AVG Anti Virus is not updating.
