Hello. Have used AVG Antivirus for years, currently 2015 version. Was alerted to an update in software and attempted to install. Recieved error message "The update has not finished because the installation is corrupted." I have attempted to uninstall existing version via control panel unsuccesfully, and by using AVG remover (gets stuck in "dowloading updates" loop). Any pointers would be much appreciated!
