Hi, recently my payment information has changed, I have new payment references, but every time when I try to go to the update button to discard the old information and bring in the new information, I get a popup saying something like "something has gone wrong but try another time". This has gone on for a few weeks now and I would like to delete the obsolete payment information that is still visible in my AVG account. Please advise by e-mail what I can do to fix this problem. Kind regards, Marc Dierickx. PS: Today I tried to proceed to buy AVG AntiTrack for a lesser sum the first year and with a trial period of sixtie days. I would only have to start to pay on december 25th. And what happened? My payment card with the new payment information I was talking about earlier, was refused. I was not able to proceed further. I will be contacting my bank on Monday to see if they know what to do to remedy this issue. But please, let me know what I can do to update my payment information.
