1.   the ""Update payment method" button is missing on my SUBSCRIPTIONS page. anybody has any ideas on how then to change the credit card information???

2.  The page then recommends to "CONTACT SUPPORT". Well, by chance (!!!) I found the link to the support chat in one of the postings here. But, that webpage does not work either. What the hell is this support chat then good for?
