Hi . I updated the AVG suite a few days ago and once I restarted the computer it fails to fully start properly.
It always opens the main screen, but I cannot access start bar and nothing responds. It's like it's stuck on fully booting up.
Very annoying as I'm about to have to pay someone to hopefully sort it out.

Michael, once you reboot your computer in safe mode, please restore the data by following the below steps.
Select the Start button, type control panel and then choose it from the list of results.
Search Control Panel for Recovery.
Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.
Choose the restore point related to the problematic app, driver, or update, and then select Next > Finish.
