AVG reinstalled-
1. I installed the update for my subscription
2. Had an error so asked what to do
3. Was given the unistall link to get rid of the old version-so uninstalled
4. Then when i tried to reinstall the update it would not take it.
5. I Could not get any assistance so in desperation downloaded the free version.
6. Result I have a very slow laptop-The AVG says I have AVG installed but I cannot find in my Programs file.
WHAT DO I I DO NOW AS I PAID FOR THIS RE INSTALLATION 7 DAYS AGO!!! I just want what I paid for

WHERE IS THE MAGIC EMAIL. Where is my support!!! even Google Chrome is shutting down. I am on pension and cannot afford to see a technician surely a mere update should not cause this problem. My machine takes 35mins to switch into a site what the hell is going on. and to top it off my question is not in the system. BUNCH OF TURKEYS RUNNING THIS SITE NOW I AM frozen again. This is the third day.
