PC drivers update completed this afternoon. It took a while but got there in the end although, the graphics update was not accepted and a screen shot said it was not compatible with my computer!
I guess this meant that I remained with my original graphics drivers as unable to do much else? Anyway, since then, I have been checking videos on Fbook and other places and it seems they are working OK!
Not sure exactly what the problem was but maybe, the wrong graphic driver was set after the first update? Who knows but it's all a bit strange! I'm reasonably happy now as I can do what I need to but not sure what will haoppen when next asked to perform PC drivers updates!

Recently upgraded drivers on my windows 10 laptop. Everything OK except I can no longer play videos on Fbook and other websites! Message comes up saying I don't have the programme to play it! Happening on all videos!
Also, been chasing round in circles trying to get through to customer services but end up at a dead end! What's that all about? Peter

Mainly on fbook but there were a couple on websites. Seem OK now but can't be certain which websites they were that I had the problem.
Okay. I don't think this could be due to AVG Driver Updater update.
Could you please perform the PC drivers update again using AVG Driver Updater and inform the status?
