Yes, we do provide support and protection for the Windows 7.

In order to make sure, whether the program is up to date. Please share us the version of the program.

Open AVG program -> Menu -> About

Further, check whether all the components are turned on (green in colour).

I have a computer still using windows 7 with my AVG protection.  I have not had a chance to purchase a new computer.  Is my current computer still protected?  I do not use it often, so usually when I signed  I have to update my virus definitions.  Lately it has not shown that my virus definitions need to be updated.  Are you still providing updates to windows 7?  Thank you.
