I tried everything that was suggested with the same results. Also when I went to fix performance I received an error "The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNAL32.dll" Can you help please?

I haven't been able to update automatic or manually. When forcing an update it comes back with an error…cannot contact server.
When I try to update manually the downloaded bin file is not recognized by the AVG program…help
