I need to update my credit card before my subscription expires. There is NO way to do so online via their Account services. I asked via Chat and they said I could send via Chat or call someone.
That is crazy! Both have big security holes. Chat is not secure. Calling someone is as safe as whoever is handling it over the phone. Online update is the most secure option. How does a company that specializes in securing your computer and data not have a way for us to safely update our own billing details?
Am I missing something? Suggestions for a work around? I am thinking let it expire and just purchase as if I were a new client.

Once your subscriptions expire, you can purchase new AVG subscriptions using your new credit card.
