I have TuneUp Utilities on my Dell computer, running Windows 7 and have no problems updating the product. Again, no problems with Windows 10.
But on my laptop, which runs Windows Vista, I am unable to update TuneUp Utilities. I keep receiving the message to check my internet connection, which of course is fine; the problem persists even after turning off the firewall.
I'll appreciate any help.
