Im sorry to say but there is no way to contact you directly? ... it is really shame, place to improve. <br><br>I was thinking to upgrade my Internet Security+Tune Up to the Ultimate. I couldnt figure out how to do it. I dont want to loose any money or be w/o security for a moment. 
I would like to cancel my descriptions and use the refund to finance back the new package.
