It seems that you've purchase only the AVG Protection - Internet Security which contains only protection fro your computer. The AVG Performance - PC TuneUp is a separe product and has to be purchase separately or in the bundle - the AVG Ultimate.

I totally agree with Terry. This new product is disgusting. I went to the link above that Alan suggests(http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums.tpl-stdfull?sec=thread&act=show&id=435) and it says it is read only and points back here. AVG is just plain disgusting.
I am going to try to download the 2013 version and hope that solves the problem. IS there any place for feedback???
upgraded to Avg Pro 2014 … now I see it dosn't come with PC tuneup . ! what a rip off . you right click icon you choose PC Analyser … it scans and saves and requests you to download … installed … wait wait … etc etc … the it asks for your ID … or buy the program … ./. This has to corrected for others not to waste 30 odd minutes …
