Upgraded to AVG Ultimate - Can't connect to Zen network on AVG Cleanup on MAC

I cannot connect my AVG cleanup to my zen network.  I was told by the online chat, that I needed to upgrade to AVG Ultimate.  I have now done that and it still does not connect.  It says that my password and email do not match, however it is the correct password and email - have just used it to log on here - I don't seem to be getting very far.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a number of times.  The AVG Internet security does work and does connect on the same MAC.  It also connects on my PC and all works fine.  It just the cleanup which will not connect.  Any ideas.

We have received a reply from our senior team and they have confirmed that the AVG Cleaner login issue is a bug. We are working on a fix, the issue will get resolved in next AVG updates.

I understand the inconvenience.
The issue that you mentioned here is a known one.
To assist further, please provide the screenshot of AVG window on your Mac that says password/email is incorrect.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Adding devices to Zen network should be performed from the windows admin PC.
However, the issue is actually related to AVG Cleaner app.
I have forwarded the case to senior technical team for checking the status of this issue.
