Upgrading of AVG INTERNET Security

Hi James,
There is automatic upgrade to new version, but it is much slower to ensure we don't force users to new version and than discover some unexpected issue.

I purchased a two year AVG Internet Security licence in 2014. It expires In 2016. However, I must contact the Company to get the 2015 version/update and in 2016 I will have to do the same thing. Why do I not get an automatic upgrade to the up-to-date version during my fully paid licence period?
