I downloaded AVG Anti virus but rapidly got frustrated with all the adverts. I clicked the upgrade option and for £9.99 purchased AVG ultimate. However, my handheld (BB Priv) does not recognise that I have upgraded. I have followed advice elsewhere and unistalled and re-installed the AVG programme but it still comes up with the free version. I am getting the feeling I may just have wasted my money… Any thoughts / help from others, please as to how to get AVG to work correctly?
