I am writing to report an urgent and concerning billing issue and to request immediate assistance in stopping any further payment attempts.
Here are the details of my situation:
· Product: AVG Antivirus
· Platform of Purchase & Cancellation: Google Play Store
· Action Taken: I successfully canceled the automatic renewal for my subscription through my Google Play account settings yesterday, October 1, 2025
· The Problem: Despite the cancellation, my subscription has now expired, and your system is repeatedly attempting to charge my linked payment methods for renewal. The charges are currently failing only because the card balances are insufficient. I am now afraid to add funds to my accounts.
My Request:
1. Please confirm that my subscription and its auto-renewal have been permanently canceled on your end.
2. Please immediately stop any and all further payment attempts to my cards.
3. Please send me written confirmation via email that this issue has been resolved and that no future charges will be attempted.
