Hello Hugh,
We will personally see to it and help you with this.
If AVG is preventing you from installing a legit app from a website, you may add the URL in exceptions list as mentioned here and continue with the installation.
Please post us here about the status. If you have any other concerns, you can also put it here.

Thank you for sharing us the screenshot, Hugh.
AVG will block or abort the connection to a website, if it founds it malicious or due to low reputation. Hence, you're receiving this pop up when you attempt to visit the website in all browsers.
As informed earlier, we can add the website to the exception list, which would allow you to visit the site to download. However, without actually checking if it is legitimate, it isn't recommended to do so. Hence, we'd suggest you to submit a false positive request by visiting this link.
A group of analyts will check it & will whitelist it, if it goes through the clean notes of AVG. Thank you for your understanding in advance!
hi I have added it to the approved list but as soon as I load the software again that same poppup pops up the link is http//:www.idutex.com this has never happened to Me I cant find anything on the computer about url.blacklist even the avg virus suite doesnt find it or anything close. its scary as I have alot of sensitive software on My computer. I try to keep up with all updates including the actual program software. is this something Ive done or is it rouge? and if this has/is happening then am I at risk of ransomware ??thanks
Hugh, do not worry. We assure you that, due to this threat detection your computer will not get vulnerable to ransomware attacks.
May I ask whether you use the AVG Antivirus free or paid version of AVG Internet Security?
Did you submit the URL for analysis as requested earlier?
