Hello Ed,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will check and help you to resolve it. Could you please share us the screenshot of the blacklist message received from AVG?

You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for sharing the screenshots, Ed.

Could you let us know how often you receive these threat messages?
Do you receive them while accessing the internet using a browser or any program in particular?
Have you updated the virus definitions of your AVG Antivirus, restart your computer once & check if the issue persists?
Awaiting your response.

Repaired as recommended in the article and the issue continues. The threat messages started immediately after restarting the computer.

Hello Ed,

This isn't the expected behavior. In order to analyze the root cause, we request you to get connected with our additional support.
An email instruction has been sent which will help you to get connected.
Thank you.

I recieve them every few minutes and happens when I access the internet mostly. For example, I got a message 2 minutes into writing this response [Process  c:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe].   However,  it also happens when the computer is idle, for example 10 minutes after I restart the computer without doing anything.

Have updated all definitions and used other antivirus/malware programs without detection of any viruses or malware.

Thank you for the clarification, Ed.

Please repair your AVG Antivirus as mentioned in this article, restart your computer once & check if the issue persists.
Let us know if the issue still persists after repairing your AVG Antivirus.
