I was told by customer service that my AVG Antivirus Free had NOTHING to do with my new website not being able to load. That information was incorrect. I opened my AVG Antivirus Free and turned off the Web Shield which says it "blocks web attacks and unsafe downloads" and lo and behold, my website loads now. But how can I leave my Web Shield on and still be able to access my website? It's newly published, so I know it does not contain malware or any viruses. Please help with this annoying issue.
