Hi Jason V,
After some back and forth communication, it is now at the point where the developers of the AVG software themselves have been notified of this issue. No timeframe can be given at this stage as to when the issue could be resolved. Perhaps in one of the AVG software updates, hopefully soon :p.

Hi there :). Hope you're keeping well. Any idea how to fix this issue? The problem happens when I play pc games, causing my computer to freeze. I then have to switch my computer off, and then on again, which then loads Windows 10 Home Edition from scratch. I don't have any other virus software. Same problem seems to occur with the AVG Tuneup software as well. Thanks for any help you can give :).
Warm regards.
