User Interface no longer works

I am sorry to hear this.
May I know the name of AVG program for which you are facing the issue?

The service is running however the icon on the taskbar no longer appears and when I click on the icon on the desktop nothing happens. I checked the services and they all seem to be running but there is no way to verify if I cannot launch the program. I tried reinstalling it and still the same problem.  It is running on a Windows 10 Home HP Laptop.
