Using a no longer supported AVG Build on Windows Vista

Hi David,

We regret to inform you that AVG programs are no longer compatible with the Windows Vista Operating System. Hence, the older version is not accepting the license/activation code.
In this case, you can either choose to install & activate your AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) subscription on any other devices (Windows 10 or above/Mac/Android/iOS) or we can help you get refund for your AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) subscription.
Please let us know how you'd like to proceed further.

I have downloaded and installed AVG Internet Security build 18.8.4084.409 on a Vista workstation running SP2. It is currently running on a 30-day trial version which I would like to activate using a license key. I recognize that that product is no longer supported but we need to continue to run Vista and AVG looks like a great alternative.  I purchased a 10-workstation license (order number REDACTED) and tried to use the activation code I received but it didn't work. Generic "Sorry we've run into an issue, try again later" error.

Is there something you can do to help me activate this older version?

Thanks in advance.
